LeBron James and Dwight Howard play one on one for the pre-Super Bowl XLIV commercial titled “Check This” for McDonalds. The commercial takes its inspirations from a 1993 spot featuring the legends , Larry Bird and Michael Jordan which was based around a battle for a Big Mac. While the original “The Showdown” commercial was focused more on trick shots, the “Check This” version is an update with all dunks.
